Classic Brass Inc. is one of the premier brass quintets in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. CBI has been together since 1989. Their repertoire is as broad and varied as any you’ll hear. They’re proud to be known as “the quintet with the money-back guarantee.”

Classic Brass Inc. has strayed from its ‘legit’ format, playing bugles for Drum Corps Associates and Drum Corps Midwest competitions. In 1997, CBI won first place, DCA brass ensembles, playing Hornheads’ “Twix Flambé,” and in 1995 CBI won first place with a score of 99.9, playing Hornheads’ “Interrupting Cow.”
